The à la carte menu is modest in scope and changes every two weeks, allowing us to make optimum use of seasonally available ingredients.
What makes our menus special?
All the ingredients used in our menus come from carefully selected suppliers. We have taken into account taste, as well as sustainable production methods. In this age of mass production and non-recyclable waste, we went in search of craft, tradition, and respect for the environment. As such, our ingredients possess unrivalled flavour.
